Before you purchase

Preparing or correcting a CSV

Data guidance includes templates, accepted columns, privacy requirements, and the meaning of validation results. Rejected or quarantined files can be corrected and uploaded again.

Order progress or report access

Open My account using the same account as checkout. Your order shows intake, upload, and report status. A report becomes available only after human approval.
