From history to a reviewed plan

Know what happens at every step.

One order, one accepted export, and a report reviewed before it reaches your customer workspace.

  1. 01

    Review the offer

Check what is included, the $199 price, and the scope before checkout. Revenue Tune-Up provides analysis and a recovery plan; outreach and campaign execution are not included.

  2. 02

    Complete checkout and intake

Once payment is confirmed, your order appears in My account. Tell us about the shop, software, export date range, and locations, then confirm that you are authorized to provide the de-identified history.

  3. 03

    Prepare and upload your CSV

Use one row per repair order and the five required columns. Remove customer identities, contact details, VINs, payment data, and notes. Use Data guidance for a template and examples.

  4. 04

    Review any upload feedback

Every row is screened. If the file is rejected or quarantined, the intake page explains the problems to correct. An accepted file is stored privately and attached to your audit.

  5. 05

    Analysis and owner review

The report brings together calculated history, activity patterns, assumptions, and a 30-day plan. Findings remain locked during preparation and review. Only a deliberate administrator approval releases the saved report.

  6. 06

Read your report in My account

Return to the account used for checkout to see progress and open the completed report after release. Your team decides what to do next and verifies outreach eligibility before taking action.

What the report can tell you

Activity and revenue in the supplied history, customers worth reviewing, and practical next steps. Inactivity alone does not establish that maintenance is due. Recovery scenarios are illustrations, not guaranteed revenue or profit.
