Service-history uploads

Revenue Tune-Up works from de-identified service history and business context. Remove customer names, contact details, addresses, VINs, license plates, payment data, dates of birth, and free-text customer notes from your CSV before uploading.

Required checks occur before analysis. Files that fail checks cannot enter analysis. Screening is not a guarantee of anonymity. Accepted, rejected, and quarantined files are stored privately; automatic deletion is not currently configured.

Uploaded files and completed reports are stored in Cloudflare R2. Account, order, intake, validation, and report-draft records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Access is restricted by account ownership and administrator authorization. Findings are reviewed before delivery.

Contact inquiries

The contact form collects your name, reply email, optional shop and order details, topic, and message so ReviveMetrics can respond. When you sign in, available account and intake details are prefilled for you to review. Your signed-in account identity is stored separately from the reply details you can edit.

Inquiries are stored privately in Cloudflare D1 and are visible to authorized administrators. They are not included in AI report requests. Please do not send customer records, passwords, or payment details through the contact form.

We use temporary hashed account, email, and network identifiers to limit repeated submissions. These limits expire hourly; expired limit records are removed during subsequent submissions. Contact inquiries currently have no automatic deletion schedule.
